Pear, halved, cored, and grilled on both sides, then diced
Burrata
Prosciutto
Spicy Greens, arugula, ridicchio, frisee, escarole, etc
Dressing
Lemon juice and zest
Evoo

Balsamic Reduction
Heat a grill. Toss halved pear with evoo and salt. Grill on both sides. Remove, slice, and dice.
Toss pear with greens and dressing. Plate, with pieces of prosciutto and burrata. Drizzle Balsamic reduction on top.
